The Can I Afford This calculator runs in the browser. It does not send your entered financial numbers to a server by default, and it does not store them in local storage or a database.
Theme preference
The site may save your light or dark mode preference in your browser. This is not a financial input and is only used to keep the site in the mode you selected.
Early Alpha tester list
If you use the Early Alpha signup form, you may send your first name, last name, email address, testing device request, and optional country, city, state or region, ZIP or postal code, gender, and date of birth to Dragon Budget. That information is used to invite testers, ask for feedback, understand the tester mix, and send occasional Dragon Budget product updates or promotions. You can ask to be removed at any time.
The public site remains static. The form currently has an email fallback to alpha@dragonbudget.com and may also send the same fields to a private Google Drive spreadsheet configured by the site owner.
Analytics
No analytics are included in this public version. If analytics are added later, this page should be updated to explain what is collected and why.
Accounts, cloud sync, and bank connections
The current site does not provide accounts, cloud sync, or bank connections. If those features are added later, the privacy policy must be updated before launch.
